Community building Agent Learning Agent

La Briqueterie is a coworking space and a community of digital freelancers in Marseille. Its co-founder, Rémi Arnaud, reached out to Squadra for assistance with community management and space management. We created a custom agent for him.
The project unfolded in three key phases: Scoping, Implementation, and Optimisation.

, Data Lifecycle
, Integration
Through conceptualization, we align company objectives with the functionalities of the deployed AI agents.
For La Briqueterie, the goal is to promote retention by offering a frictionless coworking experience for members and fostering connections, all while ensuring basic community rules are respected and reducing the time spent answering the same questions for each new arrival.
La Briqueterie’s community uses Discord for internal communication. Similar to Slack or Teams, Discord is an instant messaging app with public channels where members discuss business opportunities, activity proposals, thematic expertise, or the coworking space’s day-to-day life.
For La Briqueterie, we scoped:
A "Knowledge Base / FAQ" feature to facilitate member onboarding. New members join the Discord server and can ask questions about coworking rules, using the coffee machine, booking meeting rooms, and upcoming events.
Guidelines to ensure the agent proactively engages with the community, supports new member onboarding, and frequently identifies the community’s needs, surfacing the most relevant information from public Discord channels for each user.
A "Member Directory" feature to help members connect within the community. Their initial profile is populated with essential data, and they are proactively contacted to enhance their profiles and share their needs.
A "Room Booking" feature for frictionless meeting scheduling. Members can book or modify a room reservation, ensuring no conflicts with other members.
A "Matching" feature to create connections and synergies between members, helping them identify and be introduced to complementary profiles.
Before Squadra’s involvement, booking a room with the existing chatbot required significant effort from users…
BriqueBot was born. The next step was to develop it.
