What is Squadra One?
Squadra One is two things:
- the Notion workspace built for you that you are currently reading. It aims at becoming the one place you will need to steer all your business activities, comprising a CRM, a task list, a repository for marketing contents, and whatever you want to add.
- the team of AI agents that will work for you in that space. They are powered by the platform Squadra, which is a platform to build teams of AI agents.
Squadra One has been specifically built for one-person businesses where entrepreneurs can only rely on themselves (although small teams might find it useful too!).

- Databases:
- Never change the name of existing columns in the template. Otherwise, AI agents might not be able to retrieve the right entries and will cease working in your Notion workspace.
- You can personalize the databases by adding more columns if needed, but you should n
